  I remember destroying the pilot assessment and aptitude tests there for a NetJets training contract, only to be told I was 'too wooden' in the interview notes and given a 1/5 on the personality test! Too wooden for what exactly - flying planes around safely? The real reason seemed to be they are quite elitist, and no doubt my strong northern accent and down to earth attitude clearly wasn't what the ex-RAF cronies were looking for at the time.
